How The Journey Unfolds
1. Guided Grounding Meditation
We begin with a calming and centering guided meditation. This grounding practice helps us settle into the present moment, inspiring creativity and calming the mind. By focusing our energy and intentions, we create a powerful foundation for our dreams to take root.
2. Strategic Reflection
The first half of the workshop is all about strategy. You'll start with two transformational worksheets that draw from my background in spiritual life and soul purpose coaching. Here's what we'll do:
- Focus Areas: Identify the three areas of your life that need the most attention and focus.
- Deep Dive Questions: Reflect on a series of questions that uncover why these goals are important to you, connecting deeply with your vision and motivation.
- Creative Solutions: Journal creative ways to bring your desires to life, breaking free from limitations like lack of funds, time, connections, or resources. Together, we'll find innovative solutions to make your dreams a reality.
3. Manifestation Method: Scripting
Next, we dive into a powerful manifestation technique called scripting. This exercise brings you to the present moment, encouraging you to write as if your goals have already been achieved. By stepping into the "feeling state" of your fulfilled desires, you align yourself energetically with what you want, locking in your intentions and boosting your manifesting power
The Second Half✨
4. Vision Board Creation
Now comes the fun part—creating your vision board! With your intentions clear and your creative juices flowing, you'll choose photos that resonate deeply with your goals and desires. Our carefully selected images and magazines are designed to evoke strong emotional responses, connecting you more profoundly to your vision. As you craft your board, you'll feel your dreams coming within reach, visualizing your future with clarity and excitement.
5. Guided Visualization
To conclude the workshop, we engage in a powerful guided visualization. You'll step into the same timeline as the version of yourself already living your dream life. This exercise reinforces your vision, making it feel more real and attainable.
6. Optional Sharing
We end the class with an optional sharing session. Here, you can proclaim your desires to the universe and share your vision with an open-minded community. You never know—someone in the room might have the connections or resources you need to bring your dreams to life!
